Cookie policy
What cookies and similar local storage we use on this site. Last updated 14 May 2026.
The short version
We use the minimum number of cookies and similar technologies needed to make the site work and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, do not sell data to third parties, and do not track you across other websites.
What we actually use
Essential — always on
- Authentication session (when signed in to the practice portal or admin console). Stored as a secure HTTP-only cookie issued by Supabase. Expires when you sign out.
- Onboarding draft. Your in-progress application is saved in your browser's localStorage so you can resume later. Held on your device only; cleared when you submit or click "Start over".
- Cookie consent preference. Your choice in the banner is stored in localStorage so we don't ask again on every page.
Optional — you can switch these off
We currently have no optional analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future (Plausible or Fathom, both cookieless), we will update this page and the banner.
Cookies set by third parties
Loading a Google Font involves a single request to Google's servers. Google's policy is that no cookies are set by this request. No other third-party scripts run on our public pages.
On your future practice website (the one we build for you), the cookies that get set depend entirely on which integrations you choose — eConsult, NHS App, the like. We'll discuss every one with you before it goes live.
Managing your consent
You can change your cookie consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser's settings, which will trigger the consent banner to show again on your next visit. We're also happy to remove your preferences manually — email [email protected].
