Why isn't there a setup fee?
Because the work involved in onboarding a single GP surgery (lift the existing content, restructure, clinical review, deploy) doesn't justify a separate £500-2000 invoice on top of the annual fee. We bundle it.
What if we hate the new site?
14-day refund window from mandate activation. After that, the 12-month minimum applies, but we've never had a customer want out — partly because we let you preview and sign off before any of it goes live.
