Multilingual online services
The triage buttons, online-services pages and NHS App promo are translated into all six languages we support. A Polish-speaking patient gets the same triage flow as an English-speaking one — same supplier, same form, just in their language. This is a benchmark line-item that most GP sites miss.

Can we run two triage suppliers in parallel?
