GP surgery websites with every online service, baked in.

Your patients want to do as much as possible online — book appointments, order repeats, message the practice, see test results. NHS England wants the same. Your website is the front door to all of it. We've built that front door for every mainstream NHS online-services supplier, and the patient experience is the same whichever supplier you use.

Every supplier, one front door

We embed: NHS App (prescriptions, records, messaging), eConsult (online triage), AccuRx Patient Triage, Patchs, Klinik, SystmOnline (TPP), Patient Access (EMIS). Plus all the standard NHS pathway links — flu vaccine eligibility, blood test booking, screening invites, NHS 111 online.

Whatever you currently route through, we put it on your home page in the right place with the right framing. Patients don't see a website-then-supplier handoff; they see a single coherent journey.

Urgent publishing for cancellations

When a clinic is cancelled, a vaccine batch arrives early, or the building has a heating problem, you publish from your phone in under 60 seconds. Banner on every page, in every language. No CMS to log into, no support ticket. The full GP page covers this in detail.

Online consultation routes done right

The NHS-England-recommended pattern is an eConsult-or-similar 'patient triage' button as the primary online action. We put it where patients see it first, with the framing that drives them to use it for non-urgent queries and free up your phones. Our King's Landing demo shows the pattern in action.

Multilingual online services

The triage buttons, online-services pages and NHS App promo are translated into all six languages we support. A Polish-speaking patient gets the same triage flow as an English-speaking one — same supplier, same form, just in their language. This is a benchmark line-item that most GP sites miss.

Frequently asked questions

We're switching supplier from eConsult to AccuRx next month. Will that be hard?

No. The integration is a single embed change. We swap it on cut-over day with no downtime.

Can we run two triage suppliers in parallel?

Yes — we've seen practices route morning/afternoon to different suppliers, or surgical/medical to different suppliers. The widget framework supports it.
