Per-head vs flat — the maths
Cliniko full-stack runs roughly £35-95 per practitioner per month in the UK depending on tier. A four-physio clinic on the full-stack tier is around £380/month — £4,560/year. Six physios pushes you past £550/month. Eight physios past £700.
Practice Digital is £99/month flat per clinic. £1,188/year, unlimited practitioners. Bring on a sixth physio and you still pay £99. Bring on an eighth and you still pay £99. A four-physio clinic saves £3,372 in year one alone.

If you have a years-long Cliniko setup with custom forms, complex commission splits and room booking, the migration cost outweighs the saving for year one. Year two onward, the flat-per-clinic maths wins.
