UK and EU hosting only
Every byte of patient data stays in the UK or EU. No North-American data residency. Your DPIA conversation with your indemnity provider, your DPO and your patients is easier when the answer is 'UK only'.

NHS-style conventions
Document templates, letter headers, referral conventions — they match UK NHS expectations rather than Canadian or US healthcare conventions. Welsh-language support is built in for Welsh practices. Multi-language patient communications (Polski, Română, Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ), Urdu (اردو)) come standard.
Flat per clinic, not per head
Jane is per practitioner. UK Jane pricing is roughly £39-79 per head per month depending on tier. Four physios at the upper tier is £316/month, £3,792/year. Practice Digital is £99/month flat per clinic, £1,188/year, unlimited practitioners. A four-physio clinic saves £2,604/year.

Does the website come included?
Yes. Bespoke design, six languages, hosting, accessibility — included free with either clinic tier. With Jane, the website is a separate purchase.
What about telehealth?
We embed Whereby, Doxy.me or Microsoft Teams as the telehealth layer. Not as bundled as Jane's native telehealth, but works at zero additional licence cost.
